Why training is required for Corrugated Box?
Corrugation Industry is very powerful Industry but it is coming under unorganised Sector. Conversion from kraft paper to board , and Board to Box is indeed a very interesting journey. It is being used as transport pack and now-a-days, it is also being used as Retail Ready Pack. Un-trained professionals contribute lots of wastages, poor workmanship, over-specified boxes, once training is imparted, state of art boxes/ cartons are being fabricated. Daily quiz, case studies are being excercised. Group actvities are prime attraction of the programme.
Strategic Planning
This training will be focused on Cost optimization, quality enhancemnet through case studies.
The strategic planning would be the key factor in slection of Kraft paper, adhesive along Good Conversion Practices (GCP) in Corrugation Industry.
